[So Quinn's been actually doing some real thinking lately. What Daria said about magic, could it be true? Could she actually learn to cast pretty spells like the princesses and fairies in the movies?

Then again, magic would mean studying and hard work. And Quinn is still slightly at odds with that for...reasons. Yes. Reasons.

She did believe in angels, and still kind of does. But magic's a whole other story.

Shopping, on the other hand, is something she knows. So she's doing that right now.]

Hmm...I wonder how good this shade of purple would look on me. [she holds a pair of chic ankle socks in one hand. She's also considering buying a few things for Daria...just a few gifts to change her mind about a makeover. Hey, just because she understands Daria's resistance doesn't mean she won't stop trying.]

[Unsurprisingly, Bulla is shopping. The only thing that's surprising is the one thing she won't bring up: namely that her father has been changed into a female by the Malnosso, and she's picking out some things for him.

Do they have them in a lighter shade of purple? I think that would work even better for you.

Oh, I think so! [Quinn searches and finds them in...well, it's not too much lighter, but it's a little more muted and soft than the other shade.]
