[Rock Lee has the advantage of actually working at Seventh Heaven, so he has set up the romantic evening for Quinn. At exactly 7:30 PM, he is outside the door waiting for her.

He just never thought to change into something other than his usual spandex and flak jacket get-up.]

[Oh, dear. Quinn's pretty dolled up, complete with her hair in a stylish half-updo. Her first instinct is to get annoyed, but her better nature overrides it.

Besides...at least that looks good on him, right? At least he's not wearing a hobo costume.]

[Lee's eyes immediately widen, and he blushes at the sight of her. He actually is a little embarrassed at the same time, as he's starting to get the idea that he may be underdressed.]

Ah... H-hello! [He gives a quick, nervous bow.] It is a pleasure to see you. Is it a... good evening?

It's a clear sky, no rain or any other icky weather, I've got a cute date...yeah, I'd say it was! [You are, but it...works for you. Besides, it'd put a cramp in their date if she told you to go home and change.]

I am lead to hear that. After all... currently I also know how good it feels to have a 'cute date'! [He grins. And he holds out an arm for her to loop hers through.] If you would like... we can enter right now!

[And he guides her through the entrance. The lights are dimmed, a record player plays light music, and the restaurant is empty. He brings her towards the central table, which is decorated by multiple vases which are stuffed with colorful flowers.]

[Quinn usually likes when the restaurants are more busy, but an intimate evening for just two sounds kind of nice. Plus, she won't have to be embarrassed if some other girl shows up wearing her outfit!

She waits for him to pull her chair out for her. Like a gentleman should.]

[Lee doesn't even wonder if he went too all-out with the preparations. As they reach their table, he does pull out a chair for her. ...And indecisively pulls out two more chairs.]

Ah... Please, choose whichever seat is to your liking!

[And she takes the one on the left. No reason, she's never been picky about where she sits as long as it's not near a bathroom or a kitchen or a table full of old people.]

His name is Tommy Shepherd, and he is both cute and funny. I can't decide whether it would be better to pick something from my closet, or get something new at the clothing shop...

Have you ever met Billy Kaplan? He's been here in Luceti longer than Tommy has. They're twins who were separated at birth. They're not quite identical, but you can really see the resemblance when they stand side by side.

[The most obvious physical difference is in their hair colour. But their personalities are extremely different.]

Sure! Billy and his boyfriend Teddy were the ones who organized that speed dating event last year. They're both super nice. A little nerdy, but like...the cool kind that's still very sociable and has some fashion sense.

You mean his-oh. Sorry, not a lot of people swing that way back home. Or admit they do. [She's sure people wonder about Daria and that friend of hers, but even with a boyfriend she's still convinced Daria is asexual.] That's okay! That they're nerdy, that is, I've known guys like that. [Or one. Who broke her heart.]

I'm not sure how long they've been together, but I first started talking to Billy last May and they'd been together for a while at that point.

[There's a slight pause. When she speaks again, she sounds mildly amused.]

They're two of the very few boys my dad is completely okay with me hanging out with, because he knows they'll never try to date me. I hope he doesn't give Tommy too rough of a time.

Oh, parents can be so embarrassing about their kids dating! Mom always asks a million questions about the guys I go out with, Dad just answers the door and tells me they're waiting for me.

Dad asks me a lot of questions and then he scares the boys I date. I mean, I guess he can be intimidating to people who don't know him very well. He's got big muscles from all his training and he can come across as being grumpy without meaning to because he's serious most of the time.

[She still loves her dad, grumpiness and all. She's just going to be very careful about how she tells him about this date.]

My dad can be pretty scary, too, but in a way that makes you worry about his well-being. [She wishes he'd just get over his own daddy issues already!]
